Sebastiano si \u00e8 diplomato in contrabbasso al Conservatorio di Cagliari nel 2007. Nel 2009 ha completato un Master in composizione al Royal Birmingham Conservatoire<\/span><\/a>, dove ha anche un dottorato di ricerca in composizione contemporanea nel 2014.
