“Every journey has a departure, an arrival, and a return: once you set off, you encounter curves, ascents, descents, unknown roads, and paths of solitude and reflection. All around, nature, chance encounters, and the constant backdrop of music weave in and out of the mind of the musician who has chosen to embark on this journey alone.
The album Vagabond tells the story of the stages of this journey—a wandering path with the goal of setting the journey itself to music, drawing inspiration from the experience. Nature dominates the protagonist, who finds himself immersed in the solitude necessary to seek out the right notes. It is in this state that a unique energy emerges, charging his mind and leading him toward the perfect balance.
A meta-encounter takes place between the mature musician facing the journey and his younger alter ego. A dense and continuous dialogue unfolds, filled with provocations, realizations, and regrets. Two voices follow the same path but experience it differently, shaped by distinct experiences and ambitions.
As the journey becomes more demanding, body and mind are put to the test. The temptation to give up is strong, but not stronger than the will to continue—and above all, the desire to share this journey, transforming the solitary experience into a collective one.
